It was a day like no other for students who finished in Plant operator training from Sensei Institute of Technology. The students were being crowned as Heavy Machinery Graduates. The event took place at Kiambu Social Hall. It was colorfully graced by distinguished guests from the National as well as the County Government.
The graduates were well equipped with practical skills in Operating the heavy machinery. According to them, they believe they will get a placement in the construction sites. This way, they will utilize the skills acquired and make their future worth smiling about. Most of the graduates are from humble background. They were sponsored by a partnership between Sensei Institute, the churches in Kiambu region and the Compassionate International Organization. This training will enable them acquire skills that will help them change their lives for better.
Jeff who is a beneficiary of the program since 2008 appreciates Sensei for the training and hopes to be the best operator and be part of infrastructural development in the country.
I got the best training at Sensei and I can I am well equipped. I hope to apply them soonest,
he said adding that the partnership between Compassion International and Sensei Institute has changed his life.
