Combine Driving with Plant operator
Henry Kipsang Chesire is from Baringo county and he is now a certified Plant operator after completing his training at Sensei institute of technology, Kitengela campus.
The course took him 3 months; He trained in Driving during the first month as it’s the first requirement for training plant operators, the following two months the student was engaged in intensive practical sessions with the machines.
For Henry, this experience has been life-changing, the institution has enabled him to grow both intellectually and spiritually, he has met new people and networked with individuals in the field hereby contributing to his all-round wellbeing.
His favorite thing about Sensei institute is that they have highly professional trainers, who dedicate time to train the students at an individual level, their practical approach makes the institution outstanding and the best in equipping the students with futuristic skills.
“Sensei institute of technology played a significant role in reaffirming my intellectual and practical interests as an aspiring plant operator. I am now unafraid to begin working in this field because the institute has made it their main interest to equip the students with the best skill.
I am grateful to Sensei Institute and Equity bank who sponsored me for this program and for molding the person I am today by equipping me with this life time skill.”
